Why choose us
Standardized modular housing solutions built for consistent delivery
Traditional Construction
Site-Dependent Delivery
Housing delivery is primarily dependent on on-site construction activity.
Schedule Sensitivity
Project timelines are exposed to labour availability and weather conditions.
Variable Outcomes
Costs and delivery schedules can vary between projects and locations.
With Atlas Value Builders
Factory-Based Production
Housing components are manufactured off-site in a controlled environment.
Parallel Execution
Manufacturing proceeds alongside site preparation and approvals.
Predictable Outcomes
Standardized systems support consistent timelines and cost certainty.
Selection
The following products support modular housing delivery, with detailed specifications available in the official product catalog upon request.
Why is Modular important?
“We’re going to get the government back into the business of homebuilding, while partnering with workers and industry, and cutting taxes for home buyers – so more Canadians can buy their first homes."

The Rt. Hon. Mark Carney, Prime Minister of Canada

01
Feasibility Review
We begin by confirming that the project is legally and physically viable. This stage includes identifying the intended use and occupancy type, reviewing zoning classifications and land-use permissions, and assessing site access, setbacks, foundation requirements, and utility availability. Budget parameters and delivery timelines are reviewed early to confirm alignment and identify constraints before design development proceeds. RESULT: Project feasibility confirmed and regulatory constraints clearly defined.
Design Selection
Once feasibility is established, the project moves into design finalization and scope definition. A pre-engineered modular system is selected based on zoning, site conditions, and performance requirements, followed by the development of architectural layouts, finish schedules, and building specifications. Structural, mechanical, electrical, and energy-performance requirements are coordinated, after which scope, pricing, production timelines, and contractual terms are formally locked. RESULT: Design finalized, scope fixed, pricing locked, and production scheduled.

Delivery Process
With design and scope finalized, modular units are fabricated off-site in a controlled manufacturing environment with integrated quality assurance processes. Transportation logistics, delivery sequencing, and crane installation are coordinated in advance, followed by on-site module placement, structural interconnection, and utility integration. Final inspections and commissioning are completed prior to project handover as an occupancy-ready, code-compliant modular building. RESULT: Completed, occupancy-ready modular building delivered in compliance with applicable codes.
